NXP Semiconductors S32K37 and S32K39 MCUs for Electrification Applications are designed for electric vehicle (EV) traction inverter control. The NXP Semiconductors S32K37 and S32K39 MCUs offer performance, integration, networking, security, and functional safety features. The devices support six-phase or two three-phase motors with over 200kHz control loops and accommodate AI/ML algorithms. The device enables remote smart actuation through Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) Ethernet. The devices reduce system costs with ASIL D software resolver and analog integration.
