onsemi AR2020 Image Sensors

onsemi AR2020 Image Sensors belong to the Hyperlux LP product family and are 1/1.8-inch Back-Side Illuminated (BSI) stacked CMOS with a 5120 x 3840 active-pixel array. These sensors capture images in enhanced Dynamic Range (eDR) modes with a rolling-shutter readout. The AR2020 image sensors are designed and architected to deliver high-quality performance with low power. These image sensors are supported by 1.4μm BSI pixels and deliver soft light and NIR wavelength performances. The AR2020 image sensors feature Wake-on Motion (WOM) and binning, summing, skipping, and windowing multiple subsampling modes. These image sensors are used in videoconferencing, biometrics, retail analytics, and machine vision applications
