Vishay Semiconductors VOH & VOIH 10MBd High Speed Optocouplers
Vishay Semiconductors VOH and VOIH 10MBd High-Speed Optocouplers utilize a highly efficient input LED combined with a high-speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output. The VOH and VOIH Optocouplers feature an open drain output. The Vishay Semiconductors VOH and VOIH supply an internal shield to ensure a common mode transient immunity of 15kV/μs.
