Vishay VETH100A203S Bidirectional ESD-Protection Diodes are compact, versatile solutions with 2-line bidirectional ESD protection. The Vishay VETH100A203S features AEC-Q101 qualification and compliance with OPEN Alliance standards for 100Base-T1 and 1000Base-T1. The devices also have a wide working range of ±24V, a trigger voltage exceeding 100V, low capacitance (< 2pF), and robust ESD immunity.
