Vishay VS-E5Px7512L 75A FRED Pt® G5 Hyperfast Rectifiers are optimized for high-speed operation. Featuring a unique combination of low conduction and switching losses, the VS-E5Px7512L Rectifiers are ideal for high-frequency converters, both soft switched and resonant. Specifically designed to improve the efficiency of PFC and output rectification stages of EV and HEV battery charging stations, booster stage of solar inverters, and UPS applications, these devices are perfectly matched to operate with MOSFETs or high-speed IGBTs.
The Vishay VS-E5Px7512L 75A FRED Pt® G5 Hyperfast Rectifiers are housed in a TO-247AD-2L package and feature a +175°C maximum operating junction temperature.
